Valley is a family community of 100

two-bedroom, row style houses.

Valley are fully accessible to mobility
impaired individuals. |

Garden Square is located at 800 East
Hoffer Street (see
map) and consists of 176 apartments
in one and two-story row houses.
There are 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments
available to accommodate various family
sizes.
The Family Learning Center
is located in the Garden Square
Community building and offers Computer
Training to residents of public housing.
The community room is available to the
residents for meetings, social
gatherings, and other community
functions and is fully accessible. |

Dunbar Court is located in the 900 block
of North Purdum (see map) and consists
of 24 apartments in one and two-story
row houses. Sizes include 1, 2, 3,
and 4 bedroom units.

impaired individuals.
A community room offers residents space for social
gatherings, meetings, and other community functions and is fully accessible. |

Built in 1997, the Superior Street
Apartments, located at 402-408 East
Superior Street (see
map) are the newest addition
to Public Housing. These
apartments consist of two (2) duplex
buildings offering 3 and 4 bedroom
apartments.
Two of the apartments
are fully accessible to mobility
impaired individuals. |

Description:
In addition to the community living
offered, we also have 45 scattered site
houses. These are single-dwelling
homes located throughout the city of
Kokomo, consisting of 3 and 4 bedroom
size.
Five (5) of these units are fully
accessible to the mobility impaired.
Residents of the scattered site houses are eligible to
participate in the various
programs that
we offer. The Walnut Room, located in
the Central Maintenance Building at 400
East Walnut Street (see
map) is available to residents and
is fully accessible. |
