The Housing Authority of the City of Kokomo offers affordable, safe, sanitary housing for individuals and families. Garden Square, Superior Street Apartments, and Affordable Housing Program provides for various family sizes and individuals.

The Housing Authority of the City of Kokomo will proactively and efficiently work for the betterment of our community by providing clean, safe, affordable housing.  But it doesn’t end there… We also provide training and opportunities for personal growth to eligible individuals and families, empowering them the ability to successfully move away from government assistance to become financially self-sufficient and capable of providing for their household.
